Instruct us to sell your house before 31st January and receive a FREE 'Featured Property Listing'. On top of our professional photography, floor plans, and exposure on the major property portals, a 'Featured Property Listing' receives more than DOUBLE the views on Rightmove. This will increase your chances of finding a buyer significantly. The RRP for a 'Featured Property Listing' is £500! 

Lettings & Property Management offers

ZERO Set-Up Fees

The average fully managed set-up fee for Landlords in Nuneaton is £215, and £271 in Hinckley. For let only Landlords the average costs are £377, and £404 respectively. Until 31st January 2019, we will not be charging ANY set-up fees. As standard Landlords receive the following:

Let Only (normally £350):

  • 24/7 personal service

  • Advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla, and Primelocation
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Comprehensive independent tenant referencing
  • Initial right to rent checks
  • Detailed inventory & schedule of condition report

  • Provision of a thorough tenancy agreement
  • Accompanied move-in with smoke alarm checks
  • 12 months free eviction cover

Fully Managed (normally £250 with 8% per month thereafter**):

  • Everything above, plus:
  • Rent collection with arrears management
  • Regular property inspections
  • Maintenance handling
  • Ongoing right to rent checks
  • Compliance updates & implementation
  • Free tenancy renewals
  • Serving of notices
  • Detailed check out report, and deposit dispute handling
FREE Management

Already have a tenant? No problem! If you're looking to change agents, or simply want somebody to take over the day-to-day running of your property we can help. Some agents will charge a fee for you to terminate their services, and in order to help counter-act that we will waive our management fees for 3 months from the date we first take over the management of your tenancy.

As part of this process, we will complete a property health check to ensure that you're up-to-date with all the recent legislation changes.

* Additional charge applicable for Let Only landlords.

** Monthly management fee is still due, it is only the £250 set-up fee that is being waived.
