Rents are up 7.2% in Hinckley!

Hinckley is one of the top spots for rental growth outside of London according to data from Rightmove. The top five areas with the highest annual change between Q4 2017 and Q4 2018 are:

  • Newbury - 8.0%
  • Swansea - 8.0%
  • Dundee - 7.5%
  • Dudley - 7.5%
  • Hinckley - 7.2%

This is great news for Hinckley Landlords, especially with potential fee increases from agents with the tenant fee ban coming in on the 1st June. It's more important than ever to make sure you're charging the right rent for your property. Of course there are always reasons to keep the rent at a preferential rate to retain good tenants, but if your tenancy is due to renew soon (or you've got a property coming to market) check the value of it quickly and easily HERE.

The tool isn't always accurate, as it uses average market data to predict a value. So it's always worthwhile asking a professional agent to visit the property and conduct a formal valuation. I can do this free of charge if you like, and you can book me in HERE.
